What we're building. The Nurvia platform roadmap.
Today Nurvia runs as a consulting practice with bespoke AI agents deployed into your stack. Over the next 18 months we're building a unified pharmacy operating platform. Here's an honest look at where we are and what's coming.
A consulting practice with production agents.
Every engagement today is delivered as a service. We build the agents, integrate them into your existing PMS, ERP, and clearinghouse, and run them alongside your team. We are not, today, a shrink-wrapped software product you can buy off a shelf.
A unified platform for pharmacy operations.
The platform in development consolidates 12 operational modules into a single system designed for modern pharmacy groups in the GCC. Built ground-up around agentic workflows, bilingual from day one, and deeply integrated with regional payer and regulatory infrastructure.
Twelve modules, one platform.
The modules below are in active development and will be released progressively. Engagement clients work with bespoke versions of this architecture today; the productized platform is targeted for general availability as noted.
Dispensing & Verification
Agent-assisted dispensing with real-time interaction checks, dose verification, and counseling note generation. Works alongside your pharmacist, never instead of.
In private pilot.
Medication Therapy Management
Longitudinal patient view with adherence tracking, MTM program workflows, and pharmacist-led interventions tied to outcomes.
Design complete. Build in progress.
Claims Intelligence
The full taxonomy-based rejection recovery engine, plus pricing drift detection and payer performance scorecards. Works with every major GCC insurer and clearinghouse.
In private pilot.
Live Reconciliation
Daily, contract-aware reconciliation of claim submission, remittance, and payer contract terms. Surfaces underpayments the same day they happen.
In development.
Demand Forecasting
Chain-wide demand forecasting with seasonality, cohort effects, and per-branch adjustments. Replaces 52 local par-level policies with one intelligent system.
In private pilot.
Transfer & Expiry Agent
Nightly branch-to-branch transfer recommendations against expiry risk and stock-out signal. Same-day routing for emergencies.
In development.
Evidence Binding
Every daily action in the PMS auto-binds to the relevant JCI, CBAHI, DHA, or DoH chapter. Your audit file generates itself.
In private pilot.
SOP Library & Versioning
Single source of truth for every SOP. Bilingual (EN/AR), chapter-mapped, versioned, and surfaced at the point of action.
In development.
Scheduling & Competency
Branch scheduling that respects competencies, licensure status, and training completion. Auto-flags when a shift isn't coverable.
In design.
Controlled Substances
End-to-end controlled-substance workflows — NPCM entries, witness protocols, reconciliation, and MOH/DHA/DoH reporting.
In design.
Executive Command Center
Chain-wide KPI cockpit for owners and GMs. Revenue, margin, in-stock, compliance, and agent output in one view.
In development.
Integration Fabric
Pre-built connectors to every major PMS, ERP, clearinghouse, and LMS used across the GCC. The glue layer that lets the rest of the modules work with what you already have.
Ongoing. First wave shipped; expansion continuous.
Progressive rollout. No vaporware.
Private pilot — Now
Dispensing & Verification, Claims Intelligence, Demand Forecasting, Evidence Binding. Deployed inside active consulting engagements with design-partner clients. Feedback loop tight, release cadence weekly.
Design-partner program — H2 2026
Controlled rollout of the next wave (Live Reconciliation, Transfer & Expiry Agent, SOP Library, Executive Command Center) to a short list of GCC operators who have the operational maturity to help us harden the platform.
General availability — 2027
Productized platform available to GCC pharmacy groups across retail, hospital, and specialty settings. Pricing, SLAs, and support structure announced closer to GA.
Engagement-first, always
Even once the platform is generally available, we expect most new customers to start with a diagnostic and a consulting engagement. The platform is a tool; the partnership is the product.
What this page is not.
This is a roadmap, not a product brochure. Nothing on this page is available today as a self-serve product. Modules marked "in private pilot" are in active use inside current consulting engagements on a bespoke basis. Modules marked "in development" or "in design" are on the engineering backlog and subject to change.
If a vendor has told you Nurvia has a live, off-the-shelf product that matches one of the modules above — they are mistaken. We work with design-partner clients today. If that interests you, the diagnostic is how we start.
Want to shape what we're building?
Design-partner slots for the H2 2026 wave are limited. The diagnostic is how we decide whether the fit is right on both sides.
