Diagnostic is fixed-fee. Ongoing engagements are anchored to a % of recovered margin, with a floor. You only scale us up as long as the ROI is there.
Do you need raw transaction data?
Yes — claim-level, SKU-level, payer-level data. We sign a data-sharing agreement and can work on-prem or in-region if your policy requires it.
