Nurvia was founded by pharmacy operators who spent careers inside hospital, retail, and specialty settings across the GCC. We saw the same three problems everywhere: margin leaking silently, operations stuck in paper and spreadsheets, and accreditation consuming quarters of productive leadership time. And we saw consultants who would map the problem, charge for the map, and leave.

We built Nurvia to be the opposite of that. Embedded operators. AI as the delivery mechanism. Outcomes as the contract.

How we work.

• Operators first. Everyone client-facing has run a pharmacy function or shipped healthcare software. No generalists parachuting in.
• Outputs over hours. We don't sell timesheets. We sell working systems and measured outcomes.
• Small and senior. Every engagement has a senior operator owning it end-to-end. Not a pyramid.
• Region-specific. GCC pharmacy has its own economics, regulators, and patient profile. We know them because we're from here.
